Shalonda Webb, served as Vice Chairman of the StLouis County Council, for two terms working hand and hand, with former Council Chairwoman Rita Days, bringing attention and respect to issues confronting North StLouis County’s, majority African American population. -----

Steven Webb, routinely serves as a consultant , for six black elected officials in StLouis County, making the Webb’s a true definition, of a power couple. ------
